JUST BE YOU MY "BEAUTIFUL"

Whether  it is my niece,my neighbour, a girl at my dance academy who are all around just 10-12 years old start speaking about looks, hairstyles, beauty and so on.What i observed was that they have become so conscious about their looks and body. And then I kept on feeling like, what the hell is going on inside their little brains? And how that's gonna effect their behaviour?
And very recently in one of the surveys it is known that "6 out of every 10 girls "are facing the pressure of looking beautiful at that tender age.Is it not a danger for a good mental health? Are the parents are really taking care of their children's thoughts was the question which popped up and made me to write like this.

When i was a school student, even i went through some situations where beauty is perceived in a wrong way.And because of that i became the victim of low self esteem and carried low confidence few years. But it was my mom who changed my perception and converted my mind so differently.so i literally stay damn grateful to her all the time. She told me to never perceive beauty in the consideration of color, skin, body e.t.c.,but made me to carry a good ,kind heart to stay as beautiful as me.
And most of our Indian aunties judge girls based on their color of the skin, their body parts with a sort off narrow mind and sick mentalities. That do hurt many adolescent and young girls in different ways too.Change this kind of perception to your attitude. So many of my young friends ,cousins feel skeptical about posting photos, some of them carry low self esteem and confidence as they have pressure of looking beautiful. That ultimately effects their personal life too.
So ask me, what is our job??
Just go to every little girl whoever it might me and utter these words...
EVERY GIRL IS BEAUTIFUL,AND YOU ARE ONE AMONG THEM
YOU ARE UNIQUE
YOU ARE YOUR MOM'S ANGEL
JUST STAY AS YOU ARE.WEAR your LITTLE SMILE THAT COSTS NOTHING.

  4. One of the best topics I read. I do agree about the obsession of that kind of beauty and its perception. It just make people "overratted" Beauty in my opinion is the way of thinking, the smile on face matters more than a fair skin and good physique. Of course, i do accept beauty attracts, but being kind, helpful, brave and a happy face matters much, a beautiful soul....
